Very nice owner of the fitness studio! The studio is small, but it has very good machines (Hammer Strength, Panatta, etc.). It is very clean and nicely furnished. After our workout, we got homemade protein shakes for EUR 3 each. Highly recommended!
Good little gym in Kos. I stayed at Oku Kos and the hotel gym is more geared towards CrossFit and Yoga. Hercules gym is less than a 10 minute drive away and has all the equipment you need to get in a good bodybuilding workout. It even has lots of leg machines which are usually not a priority for some gyms. Bravo.
Been coming to this gym for six months now. I had an issue with my health which Hercules took me under his palm and showed me the way. By far the best I have ever been too. From the staff. The owner and the clients. Amazing atmosphere. Full of knowledge. Highly recommend.
Top gym and top machines! When you are in Greece (Kos), you must visit the Hercules Gym! The staff is very helpful and friendly! 5 Stars. I look forward to the next visit. Absolute recommendation! 💯
